Preparing to Serve the Next Generation of WDC Students

WDC Public Schools have a proud legacy of student success. To ensure our schools are prepared to serve the next generation of students, we’re exploring new ways to invest in student services and our school buildings. In November 2023, our district presented voters with two ballot questions seeking new funding for our schools to accommodate growing enrollment and improve learning opportunities for students. Voters rejected both questions. Now, district leaders are exploring alternative ways to keep class sizes small and protect programming for students.
